Barbara was married to the late Roy Neal Scotten.
She was in insurance sales and and enjoys antiques, flowers, gardening, watching her grandchildren and ball games.
Barbara has two children, Randy Scotten, of Green Ridge, and Tammy Knaus, of Sedalia; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
