Mr. and Mrs. Frank Weller, of Mora, will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with a reception hosted by their children April 20 in Mora.
Martha Sands and Frank Weller were married Jan. 11, 1969, at the Benton County Courthouse in Warsaw. The couple met while working at Benton County R-1 School in Cole Camp.
The couple are retired. Mrs. Weller taught school for many years, both full time and as a substitute, in the Cole Camp, Smithton, and surrounding school districts. Mr. Weller worked for more than 50 years as a school bus driver and custodian in the Cole Camp and Smithton school districts. They now enjoy gardening and keeping up the family farm in retirement
The couple have two sons, Ted Weller, of Sedalia, and Danny Weller, of Boulder, Colorado, and five grandchildren.
