Lilyan “June” Barnes observed her 97th birthday June 2.
She was born June 2, 1926, in Gentry.
Before retiring, she was an LPN, and her hobbies include needlepoint with yarn. She was also a seamstress.
Lilyan has two children, Terry Barnes, of Columbia, and Sherry Vuagniaux, of Sedalia.

She was born June 9, 1925, in Wortham, Texas.
Before retiring, she was a cafeteria cook for 17 years. Her hobbies included being a member of the Red Hat Society.
Eloise has two children, Timmy Young, of Texas, and Pat Love, of Missouri.
