Mr. and Mrs. William S. Jackson, of Sedalia, will celebrate their 68th wedding anniversary Dec. 23 with a private dinner.
Virgie Hicks and Bill Jackson were married at noon Dec. 23, 1950, by the Rev. Clark at his home in Hardy, Arkansas.
Mr. Jackson retired from the U.S. Air Force (CMSGT) in 1973, then again in 1992 from Parkhurst Manufacturing Co. Mrs. Jackson retired from Dr. Alex Horochoski’s surgical office in 1994.
The couple has three children, Sandi, Vicki and Chuck all from the Kansas City area; two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
