Eugene G. Scotten, of Sedalia, will observe his 90th birthday July 21.
He was born July 21, 1929.
Eugene is the husband of the late Betty Scotten and is a retired farmer. He served in the U.S. Army with the 8th Army, 955th Field Artillery Battalion, in Korea.
